Lid is about 4" deep so you're able to get a large serving in it. Handle shows cooking time for anything from breakfasts to beef, chicken, rabbit & more. Heat control probe shows numerous temperature settings under warm, cook & fry. Inside & outside of the pan will show cooking, cleaning wear. 1250 watts. *****sold***** * Farberware electric frying/ buffet pan # 335-A. Pan is 12" round, 2 1/2" deep. Lid is about 3 1/2 deep. Again you can get large portions of food in this. Pan is also higher off the ground for easier serving. Pan handles show temperatures for different foods including meats, fish, breakfasts, pot roasts & more. As above, the heat control probe will show numerous temperature setting under warm, cook & fry. Also, as above the inside/ outside of the lid will show cooking, cleaning, handling wear. 1250 watts. * 4 quart lidded saucepan. Nicer than usually found condition. Either one of these pans will get the job done for you. While showing various signs of wear, they still look nice.
